What is Stuffed Pepper?

Stuffed Pepper is the fruit of a flowering plant in the Solanaceae botanical family. They consist of three or four lobes and are shaped like rounded squares. They are usually hollow inside, containing a bulbous placenta with many small, flat, white seeds. While generally considered a vegetable when cooking, bell pepper is technically a fruit as it is the part of the plant that contains the seeds.
