Garlic

Famous for its pungent smell, garlic is a herbaceous plant variety that is very useful and frequently consumed in terms of body cleansing. Garlic is from the Allium genus. It also has a large onion under the ground, and this onion contains a fragrant oil. Beyond being an annual plant, garlic does not grow in the wild. The place where garlic production is highest in our country is Taşköprü district of Kastamonu. Garlic grown in this region is also known as “Taşköprü garlic”. Taşköprü garlic can be stored for approximately 1 year and there is no need for cold storage while being stored. There are two very strong antibiotic substances in the composition of garlic. Garlic is also known as "natural antibiotic" among the people.
