Dill

Since it is a kind of plant that likes to grow in warm climates, it is grown between spring and autumn. It can be grown at any time of the year in regions with four seasons with a temperate climate. Since it is not very picky about soil, it can be easily grown in homes and balconies. It produces umbrella-like yellow flowers and produces tiny seeds 2-4 millimeters in diameter. The stem and leaves of the plant lose their smell and taste when dried; however, the seeds retain their intense fennel-like fragrance for a long time. Since the leaves and seeds of dill contain vitamins A and C, minerals such as potassium, iron, phosphorus and calcium, it is a very beneficial plant for health.
